6:30AM · HIGH THEANINE
Morning · gōng-fū gyokuro
Shaded Uji gyokuro brewed at 60°C, slowly. The single most theanine-rich pour you can make. Caffeine is there but the curve is flat for two hours.
L-theanine is what makes tea different from coffee — it smooths the caffeine curve and helps focus rather than fragment it. Here we curate teas by what they actually do: morning lift, study session, between-meetings, evening wind-down. Caffeine and L-theanine grams labeled per cup.
