About

Chinese tea for clear daily energy

tea.energy is the Teamotea space for students, builders, and early-career workers who want steadier lift from Chinese tea. We translate leaf choice, brewing, timing, and recovery into clear routines, with no medical claims and no stimulant theatre.

What tea.energy is

tea.energy is not a sensory-training tool like tea.degree, and it is not a performance-data platform like tea.fitness. It is the household angle on Chinese tea as a cognitive resource — threads written by people who brew between meetings, a cohort for readers replacing coffee step by step, and small in-person sit-ins in Berlin, Hamburg, and Amsterdam. No supplements, no proprietary blends — every recommendation traces back to a named tea, a named region, and a named person who actually drank it.

How we work

Four subject areas anchor the community: white, green, and yellow teas from Guangdong; Hunan’s green, black, and yellow leaf; Guangdong oolong and black tea from Phoenix Mountain; and aged and dark tea along the Russia–Mongolia trade routes. Between them, they cover all six major categories in daily rotation — white, green, yellow, oolong (wūlóng chá, 乌龙茶), black (hóng chá, 红茶), and dark tea (hēi chá, 黑茶), including both raw and ripe pu-erh.

What we don’t do

We don’t make medical claims, and none of our contributors are doctors — l-theanine, GABA, and caffeine curves are discussed as brewing chemistry, not treatment. We don’t sell supplements or capsules; every tea we reference can be traced to shop.thetea.app, shop.puerh.app, or a named small producer. And we don’t run on urgency: no countdown timers on cohort enrolment, no manufactured scarcity — seats are simply limited, and we say so plainly.
